Sharon decided to pursue a degree in gerontology after enjoying her time as an Activities Director and feeling her mission is to work with populations she feels are underserved. She believes in adult day services because she believes they offer opportunities for the participants and their caregivers.
Sherri comes to Dayspring with 40 years of experience working in nursing homes, private care, and homes for those who are intellectually disabled. Sherri feels called to her work and chose this field because her parents died young and she wanted to be able to help other people’s loved one's.
Neffy became a CNA after experiencing caring for her grandmother and witnessing the importance of aging in place. Neffy loves helping others maintain their sense of purpose and dignity. She aims to bring joy to Dayspring participants each day.
