Adult day services provide a secure and consistent daily routine, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of stability for participants. Staff are trained to meet a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs in a supervised setting as well as provide medical monitoring and transportation services. Dayspring is open Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week (except major holidays).
Daily interaction with peers helps build social skills, self-esteem, and meaningful connections. Group activities, games, meals, and conversations reduce isolation and support emotional well-being. Socialization impacts physical and mental well-being.
Through tailored activities, participants can learn life skills, develop hobbies, and gain confidence in their abilities. From art projects to community outings, the focus is on growth, inclusion, and empowerment.
Caregivers gain valuable time for work, errands, or rest, knowing their loved one is safe and engaged. This reduces caregiver burnout and strengthens the overall care network at home. We also provide caregiver support groups and connections.
Participation in adult day services leads to greater independence, joy, and daily engagement. It promotes mental, emotional, and physical health, creating a deeply fulfilling life. Participants and their families have direct access to ALL services ROC offers (Resale Shop, Food Resource Center, clinic, & more)!
